Commercial Driver License Driving Test Check List

To obtain a CDL or CDL endorsement you must:

Call 1-800-777-0133 to make an appointment for a CDL driving test or submit a valid Certificate of Driving Skill (DL 170) from your employer.

Bring your permit.

Bring the appropriate type of vehicle and accompanying licensed driver.

Provide proof of insurance.
