Fire Fighter Driver License Check List
To obtain a commercial or noncommercial fire fighter driver license you must:
Make an appointment for the driving test or submit a valid Certificate of Driving Skill (DL 170) from your employer. Call 1-800-777-0133 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, to make a drive test appointment.
Bring your permit.
Bring the appropriate type of vehicle and accompanying licensed driver.
Provide proof of insurance.
