MISSION STATEMENT

In support of Department andDivision goals, it is the missionof the Information ServicesBranch to provide informationand support to internal and ex-ternal customers and:

  • Protect privacy by ensuringrecord security.
  • Ensure service is provided ina courteous, secure, expedi-tious, and understandablemanner.
  • Utilize technological im-provements to provide infor-mation in an efficient, costeffective manner.
  • Operate with a bias for ac-tion, continuously improvinginformation products, ser-vices, and sales consistentwith the Department’s mis-sion and customer needs.
  • Provide first class serviceand build a positive image indealing with InformationServices clients.
  • Maximize the talents and ef-forts of skilled staff andactively encourage their pro-fessional development.
