New Information

Effective March 31, 2006, the department will no longer provide paper copies of industry (VIN/OLIN) memos, handbooks, and forms to occupational licensees. These publications are available on the DMV Internet website at www.dmv.ca.gov.

E-Mail Alerts

The department’s new E-Mail Alert Service, free to DMV’s industry partners, banks, and financial institutions, will provide immediate notification when new memos or publications are placed on the DMV Internet website.
