Telephone Service Hours Temporarily Reduced PDF Version
Purpose
Occupational Licensing (OL) telephone service hours are being reduced temporarily to accommodate training and workload. This memo provides the OL telephone service hours, effective March 1, 2007. This change encompasses the telephone service provided by the following OL operations units:
Firms.................................................................(916) 229-3126
Individuals...........................................................(916) 229-3128
Traffic Violator/Driving School ...............................(916) 229-3127
Administrative Service Fee/Dishonored Check........(916) 229-3138
Procedures
Beginning March 1, 2007, through March 30, 2007, OL telephone service hours will be reduced as follows:
Mondays............. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesdays............ 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Wednesdays....... 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursdays........... 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Fridays............... 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays form 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.:
Licensees should call their local inspector or in the case of an emergency, call (916) 229-3129 to contact OL.
Other callers having an OL emergency may call (916) 229-3129.
After March 30, 2007, telephone service will return to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
