Delegation of Power

2902. To the maximum extent permitted by federal law and regulations and the laws of this state, the Governor may delegate to the Secretary of the Business and Transportation Agency and the highway safety representative any power or authority necessary to administer the program, and the secretary and the representative may exercise such power or authority once delegated.
