Language Access Complaint Form
The Department of Motor Vehicles promotes effective communication with all customers and, as required by the Dymally-Alatorre Bilingual Services Act, ensures that individuals, whose primary language is not English, are able to utilize public information and services.
The Language Access Complaint Form (ADM 140) allows individuals to complain if they were not provided adequate services from the Department of Motor Vehicles in their language.
