San Clemente DMV Field Office Reopening Delayed Until July
SACRAMENTO -The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is alerting local customers that the reopening of the San Clemente field office located at 2727 Via Cascadita, has been postponed until July. The office was originally scheduled to reopen to the public on Monday, June 2, 2014.
The San Clemente office closed for renovations on January 22, 2014. The renovations include new flooring, paint, and furniture. The postponed opening is because of delays in the seismic retrofit construction, and an exact date for the office reopening has not been determined.
The DMV wants to remind customers that there are over 20 online services available on www.dmv.ca.gov. A few of those options are to renew your registration and driver license, complete your change of address, request your own driver record, and make an appointment.
