Folsom DMV Field Office To Reopen After Renovations
SACRAMENTO - The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is reminding local customers that the Folsom field office located at 323 E Bidwell Street will be reopening to the public on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, at 9 a.m.
The office closed on Friday, March 14, 2014, for renovations including new flooring and paint, adding new test stations furniture and reconfiguring the counter line for better workflow and ensuring ADA compliance.
The DMV wants to remind customers that there are over 20 online services available on www.dmv.ca.gov. A few of those options are to renew your registration and driver license, complete your change of address, request your own driver record, and make an appointment.
Customers have been redirected to the offices listed below until the renovations have been completed:
- Carmichael - 5209 North Ave, 13 miles away
- Sacramento - 4700 Broadway, 20 miles away
- Placerville - 2919 Cold Springs Road, 23 miles away
- South Sacramento - 7775 La Mancha Way, 28 miles
