Newly Renovated Redding Field Office Opens December 22nd
SACRAMENTO —– The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is reminding customers that the newly renovated Redding field office located at 2135 Civic Center Drive will open on Monday, December 22, 2014, at 8 a.m. The Redding field office closed for renovations in February and a temporary building was set up at the same location.
The temporary office closed on December 5, 2014, in order to move the computers and documents over to the newly renovated office.
The renovations include adding additional square footage to the lobby area, reconfiguration of work areas, upgraded HVAC system, new paint, ceiling, and lighting.
During the temporary closure, staff and customers have been redirected to nearby locations:
