DMV Answerman Helps Customers with Lost Driver License or ID Card
SACRAMENTO— The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) released today the seventh video in the DMV Answerman series. In this latest episode, the DMV Answerman explains how to replace your driver license or ID card if you lose it.
In this informative video, the Answerman shares a story of how he lost his license while riding the Tilt-A-Whirl at the State Fair, and how easy it was to get a duplicate license after making an appointment at your local DMV field office.
During the summer of 2012, the DMV hit the streets and encouraged Californians to ask the DMV Answerman DMV-related questions. The Answerman answers each question in his quirky style, providing humorous anecdotes about himself, his friends, and his family while delivering important DMV information.
There will be a total of nine DMV Answerman videos that are posted on DMV’s YouTube Channel. The previous DMV Answerman videos have been viewed over 90,000 times on DMV’s YouTube Channel. Watch the latest one here: Click Here.
