Long Beach DMV Field Office to Reopen after Renovations
Office Reopens to the public on February 22
Sacramento – When the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) reopens its Long Beach field office at 8 a.m. on February 22, customers will enjoy a renovated facility that offers a more efficient configuration in which to conduct business.
The office incorporates new furniture, updated flooring, fresh paint, and redesigned restroom facilities that meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The building at 3700 East Willow Street was closed on October 30, 2015, in order for the necessary improvements to be completed.
During the closure, customers who needed to visit a DMV office were redirected to the following nearby locations:
- Bellflower, 9520 E Artesia Blvd, 6 miles away
- Compton, 2111 S Santa Fe Ave, 11 miles away
- Westminster, 13700 Hoover St, 11 miles away
- Torrance, 1785 W 220th St, 15 miles away
- San Pedro, 1511 N Gaffey St, 18 miles away
