New extended hours take effect Monday

Sacramento – The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will open five Los Angeles-area field offices an hour earlier beginning Monday, July 16, 2018. Field offices in Lincoln Park, Newhall, Pomona, Santa Ana and Winnetka will open at 7 a.m. four days a week to help ease customer wait times. The offices will continue to open at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays and close at 5 p.m.

Fourteen field offices across the state are offering the extended hours.
