Once signed in to a MyDMV account, all of an individual\u2019s driver\u2019s license and vehicle related information is now contained in one location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-text-align-center\"><blockquote><p>\u201cWe\u2019re streamlining the way Californians interact with us online,\u201d said DMV Director Steve Gordon. \u201cThe revamped MyDMV account is designed to simplify services, so you spend less time taking care of DMV business and more time doing the things you enjoy.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-dmv-columns content-columns colums-1-2-1-2\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-dmv-column col\">\n<p>The new MyDMV account not only allows for easy renewal of your driver\u2019s license and checking its status, but also offers choices on how to receive important DMV information \u2013 including making it easier to sign up for paperless renewal notices.
