SST Now Self-Service Terminals provide convenience 

San Diego – Get your vehicle registration and license plate sticker instantly when you renew using the DMV Now Self-Service Terminal now available at the following grocery stores:

To conduct a transaction, individuals need their vehicle registration renewal notice or most recent vehicle registration card. The new kiosks at the Albertsons and Ralphs locations accept credit/debit cards and in the coming weeks, cash. Instructions are provided in English and Spanish.

DMV Now Self-Service Terminals are now available at 13 greater San Diego locations.

  • DMV offices – 6
  • Ralph’s – 4
  • Albertsons – 3

Statewide, 135 kiosks are installed at DMV offices, grocery stores, two libraries, and at UC Irvine. In addition, there are six kiosks at AAA auto clubs. The DMV plans on adding 15 more kiosks by the end of the year.
