The record shall contain:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The name and address of the person from whom the vehicle was acquired.<\/li><li>The date the vehicle was acquired.<\/li><li>The license plate number last assigned to the vehicle.<\/li><li>A brief description, including make, type, and vehicle identification number.<\/li><li>Records must be kept separate from any other dismantler\u2019s business records.
