The office is scheduled to reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, September 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renovations will include new flooring, furniture and other improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Until the renovation is complete, customers can visit the following area offices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hollister: 80 N. Sally St. (15 miles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Santa Teresa: 180 Martinvale Lane (22 miles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salinas: 260 E. Laurel Drive (27 miles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>San Jose: 111 W. Alma Ave. (31 miles)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Before Going to an Office \u2013 Try Online First!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DMV has taken many steps to offer more digital services. Most DMV tasks do not require an office visit. The DMV encourages customers to use its&nbsp;<a href=\"\/portal\/dmv-online\/\">online services<\/a>&nbsp;and other service channels to complete transactions, including eligible driver\u2019s license and vehicle registration renewals.
