Norco Office To Close For One Day Because Of Planned Power Outage

Sacramento —The Norco DMV office, located at 3201 Horseless Carriage Dr., will be closed for one day on Friday, March 13, 2009 to accommodate a planned power outage for much of the day by Southern California Edison. The outage, which will allow the utility company to make necessary infrastructure repairs, will darken the DMV office and all nearby businesses in that area.

Norco customers will be directed to nearby DMV offices, which include:

  • Riverside, 6280 Brockton Ave., 14 miles away;
  • Fontana, 16499 Merrill Ave., 17 miles away;
  • Riverside East, 6425 Sycamore Cyn Blvd., 25 miles away;
  • Redlands, 1659 W. Lugonia Ave., 30 miles away, and
  • San Bernardino, 1310 N. Waterman Ave., 30 miles away.

The Norco office will reopen for business as usual on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 8 a.m.
