Renovated Victorville Field Office Reopening
SACRAMENTO — The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) wants to remind customers that the newly renovated Victorville field office on 14855 Corta Drive will open to the public on Monday, July 22, 2013, at 8 a.m. The temporary field office at La Paz Place closed on Friday, July 5, 2013.
The newly renovated, 8,886 square-foot facility will feature a number of cost saving features including double pane windows, a new energy efficient HVAC system, air lock vestibule, and tall windows to add natural lighting. The renovations includes all American Disability Act requirements, adds over 3,000 square footage for more lobby space and workstations, and will accommodate customers with 17 additional parking spaces.
Customers requiring in-person service are being redirected to the following nearby field offices until the new office opens:
Barstow Field Office: 528 E. Virginia Way, 32 miles away
Fontana Field Office: 16499 Merrill Avenue, 36 miles away
Rancho Cucamonga Field Office: 8621 Hellman, 42 miles away
