Ventura DMV Field Office To Close For Renovations
SACRAMENTO — The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is alerting local customers that the Ventura field office located at 4260 Market Street will be closing on Friday, February 21, 2014, at 5 p.m.
The Ventura field office has been in its current location since 1986 and is in need of improvements. When the office reopens in August, customers will notice new sidewalks and newly paved parking lot, renovated restrooms, new signage, updated floors, lighting and furniture.
Employees and customers will be redirected to the offices listed below until the renovations have been completed:
- Oxnard, 4050 South Saviers Road, 9 miles away
- Santa Paula, 250 West Harvard Boulevard, Suite A, 12 miles away
- Thousand Oaks, 1810 Avenida De Los Arboles, 26 miles away
- Santa Barbara, 535 Castillo Street, 31 miles away
