I39002(b)Tampering, mutilating or altering bicycle license indicia, registration forms, bicycle serial numbers or identifying mark on bicycle frame.
I39006(a)Bicycle retailer to provide bicycle ID information.
I39007Sale of bicycle after 12/31/76 without ID number stamped in frame.
I39008(a)Failure to notify licensing agency of sale of bicycle, within 10 days.
I39008(b)Failure of owner to apply for transfer of license, within 10 days.
I39009(a)Failure to notify within ten days of address change.
I39009(b)Bicycle license indicia or registration form lost, stolen, or mutilated; immediately notify licensing agency and apply for duplicate within 10 days.
