DMV offices are open to assist customers with existing appointments and with transactions that require an in-person visit. The DMV has already begun rescheduling appointments canceled during the temporary closure and notifying customers of the new date. Once the DMV has accommodated those customers, the DMV will begin offering a limited number of new appointments. New appointments are not currently available.
Use the DMV Service Advisor application to see if you are able to complete your transaction online before making an appointment.
This online service is unavailable 6:00-6:30 AM.
DMV Online Services
With DMV offices serving a limited number of customers, providing services online is crucial. From renewing vehicle registration to requesting a temporary driver license extension (and much more), we’re continually adding new online services to meet your needs.
