Online Replacement Sticker or Registration Card
DMV's customers will be charged a 2.1% service fee on all debit and credit card transactions made on the DMV website, DMV Now Kiosks, and automated telephone system.
Customers may request a replacement Sticker or Registration Card online if the original item has been lost, stolen, destroyed, or mutilated. The item(s) ordered will be mailed to the vehicle’s registered owner’s address on record.
Ordering a replacement item requires customers to have the following information:
- The vehicle’s license plate number.
- The vehicle’s last 5 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- The reason for replacement.
- The vehicle’s registered ownership information.

All credit/debit card transactions will be assessed a 2.1% service fee.
