Reissue Fees that can be paid online:

  • $55 Reissue Fee
  • $125 Admin Per Se Reissue Fee
  • $15 Department of Social Services (DSS) Child Support Admin Fee

Before you begin:

  1. You will need:

    • Your Full Name – Key your name as it appears on your driver’s license or identification card.
      Name Order: LN, FN, MN, SUFFIX
    • A Valid Phone Number
    • A Valid Email Address
    • A Current Mailing Address
    • Driver’s License Number – Must match to your record.

Only use this application if you have been instructed to do so by a DMV representative.
