Before you Begin
The PC being used must have one of the following web browsers:

- Apple Safari, versions 5.x, 6.x and 7.x on Mac OS X
- Mozilla Firefox, most recent stable version
- Microsoft Edge, Chromium-based version (released January 2020)

The online EPN program enables commercial employers and government entities to:
- Apply for a new EPN account or use their existing EPN account
- Add and delete drivers
- Change account information
- Request driver’s record status
- Make online payments

When you get started, you will be prompted with questions that will direct you to create an account or log in to your existing account. After setting up your account, you can log in and get started on the EPN enrollment application. A technician will review your application once it is submitted.
When you are creating your account, you will be asked if you have been issued a requester code before. If you have, then you will be asked to verify your existing account information.
When you get started, you can choose an option to create an account and pay invoices only. As you create your account, you will be asked to verify your existing requester account information. After setting up your account, you can log in and make online payments.
