Posting Fees

Licensed dealers can post fees for new, nonresident, and non-original applications for up to 10 vehicles at a time.

You can post fees for up to 10 vehicles at a time. A complete Transmittal for Registration Application will be generated for you at the end of this process, which you will need to sign electronically.

Have the following information ready to enter:

  1. Your Occupational License (OL) number.

  2. Vehicle information, including the vehicle identification number (VIN).

  3. Whether the application is for a new, non-resident, or non-original (not California registered/titled) vehicle.

    You cannot post fees on a pending application

What happens next?

  • A Transmittal of Registration Application (FO 247V) will be automatically generated for your electronic signature.
  • Payment will be made online (eCheck or Credit Card) via a link emailed to the dealer or representative. Prior credits can be applied on the Payment Credit Tab. Maximum 4 credits per online application
  • An email containing the status of each transaction will be sent when the application is completed.
