Complaints
To file a complaint against a driving school or traffic violator school, complete the Driving School and Traffic Violator School Complaint (OL 620) and submit to the address on the form.
Complaints against other licensed businesses such as vehicle dealers, salespersons, registration services, dismantlers, etc. are handled by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Investigations Division. You can file your complaint online.
